In a huge union win, disability workers in the LGAs of concern can now access up to $200 for getting vaccinated.
The payment of $100 per dose, is available to registered NDIS providers, who can bill the NDIA directly.
As of 6 September, 73.7% of NSW NDIS workers had received at least one dose of the vaccine.
The NDIS Minister should now make this payment available to every NDIS worker around the country and remove barriers to essential workers accessing the vaccine.
