Public Transport
The Australian Services Union is the Union for senior and salaried workers across the NSW public transport system.
ASU members make sure that our State’s public transport system works smoothly and efficiently for the travelling public and we proudly fight for better public transport services for all.
Public Water
The Australian Services Union is the Union for workers across NSW public water utilities and water contractors.
ASU members deliver fresh water to homes across NSW and make sure waste water is safely dealt with. We proudly fight to keep our Water in public hands.
Airlines, Shipping, Travel and IT
We are the Union for administrative, clerical and service workers in the Airlines, Travel, Shipping and Information Technology industries.
Our members check in passengers, ‘balance’ planes, work in sales and marketing and provide clerical and administrative support in passenger and cargo aviation services. We work in all aspects of the travel industry and are behind the scenes in shipping companies.
Our members install, repair and maintain equipment that keeps workplaces functioning. We also provide support to customers with software issues.
We are a union that fights and wins. We have a proud union history, from our historic Equal Pay campaign to pioneering working conditions across the public and private sectors.
