We Keep NSW Going

Throughout this pandemic transport workers have helped nurses, teachers and supermarket workers get to work, and we will play a vital role in recovery.

The NSW Government wants to freeze the wages of 400,000 public sector workers.

Thanks to public support for essential workers the Government lost a vote in parliament but they are determined to push on with their unfair wage freeze laws.

The Government needs to value essential workers - not cut their pay.

Being responsible for the safe travel of Sydney's population is always demanding - and now with capacity on buses, trains, light rail and ferries set to double on 1 July, public sector transport workers must adapt again.

The Government knows how important public transport is. And it couldn't run without essential workers.
