Thanks to Australian Services Union members – most community and disability workers will see a 1.75% increase in their next pay after 1 July 2020.
The Australian Services Union argued for higher increases for essential community and disability workers but big business was against any increase at all. The Fair Work Commission expert panel agreed with unions that you deserve a pay rise.

In 2012 ASU members won a historic Equal Pay case that increased Award wages by 23% to 45%. These increases are phased in each July and December until December 2020.
Thanks to Equal Pay – ASU members are now between $200 and $500 better off per week.
